Description
SM110 is an automotive pressure sensor for ESC systems that uses silicon MEMS technology to operate reliably in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. By combining the high sensitivity of silicon semiconductors with the structural robustness of metal packaging, it delivers stable and accurate performance across demanding automotive applications. Thanks to these characteristics, the operating range is wide—from 1 bar to over 1,500 bar.
